Refrigeration Mechanic

Scotty’s is a growing employer focused on installing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. With almost a quarter century of experience we provide an essential service to some of the largest retail grocery chains in Ontario. We are currently recruiting for Refrigeration Mechanics.

The role focuses on the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration systems and all the underlying components and controls. Specifically, this includes:

Installs commercial refrigeration systems including removing existing equipment, putting in place new equipment, including installing and brazing the interconnecting refrigeration piping and controls, and completing a through commissioning that includes a through pressure test, deep evacuation, and refrigerant charging. Support of preparation of TSSA drawings and documentation is also required.
