Service Technician

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Refers to the Service Manual to guide oneself in the standards and best practices in delivering service
• Identifies and recommends repairs and/or replacement of units; provides best solutions to clients and performs service on agreed schedule
• Performs corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance services and recommends solutions
• Complies with the company's safety and PPE policies
• Complies with Basic Occupational Safety Hazards standards ensures that workplace is clean and safe
• Submits Service Report to the Service Center and clients.
• Transmits, and secures delivery receipts, transmittal slips, and other documents
• Coordinates with Warehouse Dept. regarding material requisition and return
• Performs other duties necessary to accomplish goals
