Key Responsibilities:

• Process refund requests for airline tickets and travel services
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for refund approvals
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding refund status in a professional manner
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all refund cases
• Work closely with the ticketing and customer service teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role within a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is mandatory
