Refunds Specialist (Remote | Philippines Only)
Full Time | $4 USD per hour

We are a fast growing real estate lead generation company looking for a strong communicator to join our Refunds team. This is not a 9 to 5 role. US hours are required, including evenings and weekends. Expect 40 to 60 hours per week.

Location requirement

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Must be available to work US hours

What you'll do

• Call, text, and email seller leads to verify property and ownership details
• Confirm selling intent and mobile home land status
• Update and manage all prospects accurately in CRM
• Follow up consistently over time
• Document all interactions clearly
• Process refunds strictly according to policy

Requirements

• Experience with cold calling or phone based roles
• Strong English written and spoken
