Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Regency Club Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's executive lounge, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive lounge.


  • Thai Nationality with a bachelor's in hospitality or business management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Club Lounge Manager or Assistant Manager - Front Office in a hotel with good standards.
  • A good working knowledge of English Language
  • Pleasant personality and good work attitude
  • Able to provide outstanding customer experience to the guests
  • Ability to communicate proactively with team members and guests
