Regina Pats - Head Coach

As a member of the Hockey Operations department, the Head Coach will play a critical and integral role in the success of the Regina Pats. This unique position will work directly with the General Manager on a daily basis to develop and maintain a consistent and successful hockey team that challenges for a WHL Championship each season, develops players, and produces an entertaining product on the ice.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement annual and multi-year plans including but not limited to the Regina Pats roster, type of players, style of play, systems, tactics, development of prospects, strengths and weaknesses of the roster overall compared to other teams in the WHL.
• Develop game plans, tactics and strategies, including but not limited to offensive and defensive systems as well as special teams play.
