Job Description
Region OTD Specialist
+ Support regional team for sales/wholesale/stock analysis and regional strategy planning etc.
+ Daily monitor each dealer’s stock at FDC/aging/Mix level and provide early warning to reginal manager
+ Monthly provide retail mix structure analysis to reginal manager
+ Based on different regional attributes, developing differentiated strategies planning
+ Lead OTD planning communication with regional manager
+ Support dealer retail/whole target setup and tracking
+ Set up dealers monthly retail/wholesale target with logical method to meet regional monthly target
+ Daily tracking each dealer retail/wholesale progress and provide alert to regional manager for risk to achieve target
+ Lead Lincoln wholesale allocation for region team
+ Support monthly resource preparing, dealer demand collecting and vehicle allocation to regional team
