About the Role
As Regional Account Manager, you will grow One New Zealand’s presence across the Nelson region, strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of 20 to 500 FTE business customers, focusing on maximizing revenue, deepening engagement, and creating long‑term value through trusted partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue across an existing customer portfolio by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and new business opportunities.
- Build a strong understanding of customer goals and identify technology solutions that support innovation and business growth.
- Develop and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships that enhance customer experience and improve commercial outcomes.
