Regional Aftersales Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional spare parts pricing and commercial policies and KPIs to improve service capacity and profitability;
• Oversee service network lifecycle management, including layout review, network acceptance, and operational support;
• Drive regional operations and KPIs such as TQC, Service activities, customer satisfaction, technical performance, and upgrade completion rate etc.;
• Manage and improve regional NPS performance and customer experience;
• Conduct industry and competitor aftersales analysis to support regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Engineering, or Management-related fields;
• Experience in automotive aftersales, service network, or regional operations;
• Strong understanding of dealer management, aftersales KPIs, and customer satisfaction;
• Good communication, coordination, and execution skills;
