Responsibilities:

• Oversee both local Singapore and Regional QEHS activities, programs, and KPI.
• Maintain & continuously improve company Integrated/Quality Management Systems (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001).
• Plan and lead internal audits and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
• Cascade company objectives into departmental targets metrics on (1)Periodic Management Review Meetings; (2) Report progress, nonconformities, and improvement actions to ensure the targets of departments and the company will be achieved.
• Develop and deliver QEHS inductions and refresher programs for staff and site personnel; maintain training matrix and competency records....
