Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee both local Singapore and Regional QEHS activities, programs, and KPI.
- Maintain & continuously improve company Integrated/Quality Management Systems (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001).
- Plan and lead internal audits and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
- Cascade company objectives into departmental targets metrics on (1) Periodic Management Review Meetings; (2) Report progress, nonconformities, and improvement actions to ensure the targets of departments and the company will be achieved.
- Develop and deliver QEHS inductions and refresher programs for staff and site personnel; maintain training matrix and competency records.
- Lead and perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or potential risks and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and follow up
on preventive measures.
