Job Description

                    Work with RSH Assets, A&W & Deposit. 
To support & assist RSHs for business & working related to region sales performances. 
Manage sales people (Personal Financial Consultant) together working with Branch Manager for the sales performance in Assets, Wealth & Deposit. 
Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies. 
Review sales performance of sales people together with region sales performances. 
Create business opportunity for sales people thru JV with other organization.
