Regional Business Development Manager

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Drive and create demands / opportunity for Flow Control Business.
+ Provides timely and accurate forecasting reports monthly to achieve business goals & objectives.
+ Works closely with the Local Business Partner in Korea, EMR Korea leadership and AP BU HQ to develop and execute country growth plans
+ Find opportunities and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings.
+ Develop End user site and account plans that drive BU technologies and programs
+ Uncover white space opportunities
+ Develop new business including non-performing accounts and new segments
+ Drive FEED activities with country EPCs and OEMs
+ Ensure readiness to maximize Project Participation for Flow Controls in Korea
+ Consult with customers when needed to understand their Maintenance, Reliability and Overhaul (MRO) needs especially on plant Shutdown / Turn Arounds (STOs) and then work with stakeholders to maximize participatio...
