Regional Business Director

Inizio Engage is seeking a Regional Business Director to support Cristcot, an established pharmaceutical company with a proven track record in developing novel formulations and optimized drug-device systems, in preparing for a U.S. product launch in ulcerative colitis. This leadership role is critical in building and leading a high-performing field sales team and driving regional execution against national commercial strategy.

The Regional Business Director will hire, lead, and develop a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to achieve and exceed revenue, TRx/NBRx, and market share goals. This individual will translate national objectives into clear regional plans, ensure consistent execution, and foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and high performance.
