The Opportunity

We’re seeking a commercially astute Regional Business Leader to take ownership of a diverse, multi-site portfolio across South Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This is a senior business leadership role, responsible for driving financial performance, operational consistency and people capability across a geographically dispersed network. You’ll lead through influence, data and strong commercial decision-making—ensuring each centre operates as a high-performing business while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

This role suits a leader who thrives in complexity, is comfortable balancing people leadership with hard commercial outcomes, and brings a strong business lens to healthcare or service-based environments.
