Position Purpose
Sephora Middle East is recruiting a Regional Care Trainer, based in Sephora University (Dubai). The main responsibility of this role is to lead Skincare & Haircare learning and development across our 5 Middle East countries, through the implementation of regional training initiatives, training delivery, in-store coaching and assessment (approx. 30% of time) and the development of the Skincare Expert Community. The role includes the management of the Regional Care Education Expert, for which it will require development, supervision, follow‑up and feedback.
