Job Description
Lead CDAR activities to guarantee operational excellence between both: Data Acquisition and Operations teams.Being the Single point of contact between DA and Operations team for any possible impact during E2E process.
**Responsibilities**- Lead CDAR activities (Planning, validation, approval, reporting, issues, etc) to guarantee zero issues regarding Ontime delivery by DA.Is a Single point of contact regarding any issue or activity impacting DA process (Hh's Audits) between DA and Operations team.
- Lead issue reporting and/or escalating regarding CDAR, QCT, DCT, Home panel with Tech team until solution.
- Accountable among with QCT's and Panel Analyst for developing key metrics from CBO to help improving Quality of the service and set action plans to accomplish in the aligned timeframe.
- Lead communication with Performance Excellence team regarding Mobile audit and households with high priority regarding Audit compliance.
