The ORION Program aims to replace the outdated POS systems in boutiques, which is crucial for supporting boutique sales, services, and operations. The program follows a 90/10 framework, striving for 90% common design across regions and 90% adoption of out-of-box functionalities within both the POS and Chanel ecosystems. Strong adoption is essential for the program's success, making change management a pivotal aspect. The role of Regional Change Lead is vital for driving and managing the ORION POS program’s change management workstream for North Asia and SEAA.
