The Regional Chief Medical Officer serves as a member of the regional executive team and participates in the design and development of the strategic plan and vision. Leads with intention to achieve PeaceHealth's collective success through enhancing integration and standardization of clinical services throughout the care continuum as One PeaceHealth. Responsible for developing clinician and physician relationships to further clinical integration, clinical standards, protocols, pathways, and evidence-based best practices throughout the region, including acute care, ambulatory, and other outpatient venues. Position works in collaboration with all caregivers while leading quality, patient safety, and patient experience. Responsible for the development of new and existing services.
