Regional Code Compliance Expert APAC

JOB MAIN PURPOSE
Provide assist to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region in their transactional and recurring day-to-day tasks on code compliance matters, within and across organizational boundaries. The jobholder will assess the respective tasks originated by the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams in Bayer legal entities in the Region and thus protect the assets and reputation of Bayer and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Region.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Provide support to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region on general, recurring questions in the area of Code Compliance, Industry Code Applicability, Interaction with HealthCare Professionals, HealthCare Organizations and Patient Organizations, including advice on the correct interpretation of LPC related Bayer policies.
