Regional Collection Manager

Develop and implement regional collection strategies and policies. Optimize recovery rates and minimize credit losses. Lead, mentor, and manage collection managers and regional collection teams. Set and monitor collection targets across the region. Analyze collection performance data and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with sales, credit, legal, and other internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulations, and company policies. Conduct performance reviews and provide team training and development. Manage relationships with external collection agencies and legal partners. Prepare and present collection performance reports to senior management. Drive process improvements and technological advancements in collection operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
