Job Description

Responsible for leading the commercial strategy and business results in Chile and South Cone region, aligning corporate guidelines with local execution. Scope includes overseeing sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring operational and strategic integration. Maintain a functional relationship with support areas such as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Human Resources, fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Their role is key in decision‑making, team development, and consolidating a customer‑centric and high‑performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team across all business lines in the region (implants, consumables, ortho and diagnostics), ensuring alignment with the company's defined strategic and commercial objectives.
