Job Summary
TÜV Rheinland is seeking a Regional Compensation & Rewards Expert to support the design, development, administration, and regional implementation of global strategies, processes, tools, and standards across North America (USA & Mexico) and South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina). The role reports to our headquarters in Germany and operates fully remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
■Responsible for the implementation of global Reward related policies, guidelines, processes and procedures on regional level.
■Provides consultancy and implementation support in the operationalization of global standards, programs and practices on regional level while adhering to strategic guidelines and targets set by Head of Rewards (based in Germany).
