Regional Demand Planner (M/F/x)

As a Regional Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in defining tesa’s sales volume forecast for your assigned scope of responsibility (Regional Business Unit in tesa Europe). Your highly accurate forecasting will signal to tesa manufacturing and sourcing teams what the regional supply needs are expected to be. Your tasks will include:
- Ensure the on time and complete execution of the daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting activities with the aim of achieving the best possible forecast accuracy and value add metrics
- Maintain the regional consensus forecast by executing (at least) the following core processes on a monthly basis:
- Detailed Root Cause Analysis of previous month’s KPI results and consequent (future) forecast adjustment
- Identification of forecast adjustment opportunities by usage of relevant reports
- Statistical Forecast Enrichment by regular adjustment of demand history (e.g., in the event of promos, shortages, etc.)
