What You'll Do
Lead Digital Smart Factory Deployments
Serve as the MDS functional lead for DSF rollouts in the MEU region, ensuring governance and best practices are maintained throughout deployment
Drive discussions with plant stakeholders, challenging approaches constructively while maintaining collaborative relationships
Manage escalations and pushbacks from plants, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic direction
Act as the primary focal point for MDS during complex deployments, coordinating across multiple workstreams
Collaborate Across the Global Organization
Partner with Manufacturing business process leads, engineering teams, and the global MDS Manufacturing team to identify, select, design, and develop IoT applications
Work closely with MEU regional teams, global engineering, global MDS, and global manufacturing stakeholders
