Regional Director (2 positions)

Position Overview

The Department of Families seeks qualified candidates to fill two Regional Director positions to lead and manage service delivery of the Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) Programs in Winnipeg North and Winnipeg South offices.

Duties

• Lead and manage RSS service regions and provide advice and support to the Executive Director responsible for Regional Social Services.
• Oversee direct service delivery of the full range of programs offered by the Department, including Employment & Income Assistance, Community Living disability Services, Children’s disability Services, Autism & Early Intervention Supports.
• Ensure effective program delivery, oversight, evaluation and financial management across regions.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational and business plans and manage performance management systems (e.g., Key Performance Indicators).
