Regional Director – Central & Far North QLD & NT
The Opportunity:
As the Regional Director for Central & Far North QLD & NT, you will lead a portfolio spanning Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, and Darwin. You will also serve as a senior leader in the Aon National Executive team. You will be accountable for the region’s overall revenue, resourcing and growth, driving the strategy that delivers outstanding outcomes for our clients and colleagues.
You will have direct leadership of four Regional Managers, the Regional Growth Leader and an Executive Assistant, reporting to the Head of National, Australia.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Providing leadership and strategic direction of a combined portfolio of clients across CQ, FNQ & NT.
