Regional Director, Business Development

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development, the Regional Director provides operational leadership, oversight, and hands‑on management to the Business Development Regional Managers. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of new revenue‑generating services and identifying strategic opportunities to expand business outcomes and relationships. The Regional Director offers strategic and tactical advice to the leadership team in sales and new service development, in alignment with approved strategic mandates and operational plans. The incumbent contributes to the annual budget process, including sales forecasts, and implements the sales plan to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with various client groups—including business directors, advocacy teams, and service providers—is essential.
