The Corporate Director of Maintenance is responsible for developing efficient plans for all maintenance departments company-wide in accordance with guidelines and regulations set forth by the retail operations leadership. Oversees the execution of daily maintenance tasks for all retail lines of Five Star’s business operations in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
