Regional Director of Operations

Eastern Drayage is a leading drayage and logistics provider supporting major U.S. ports and import supply chains. As we expand internationally, we are building a back-office operations team in Bogotá, Colombia to support our growing business. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead the development, hiring, and management of this new office.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience creating operational structure, hiring teams, and implementing processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Build and lead Eastern Drayage's Bogotá back-office operations
Recruit, hire, and train administrative and operations personnel
Develop workflows, SOPs, and performance standards
Oversee daily operational support functions for U.S.-based logistics teams
Implement data tracking, reporting, and quality control processes
