Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a self-starting, highly experienced Regional Project Development Services (PDS) Director to lead and oversee our project development initiatives across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering a dynamic portfolio in the APAC region for a major global fintech client and driving innovative project solutions, enhancing client satisfaction, and enhancing operational excellence in our project development services. The APAC PDS lead role includes leadership over a highly motivated Program Management Oversight (PMO) team within the region and reports directly to the Cushman & Wakefield Global PDS Lead specifically for this global fintech client account.
