Job Description

How you will make an impact
  • Staff Sales Order Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all internal staff purchases across SEAO; manage end-to-end fulfilment of orders, handle inquiries on stock availability and delivery lead times, coordinate stock transfers between networks and markets, and work with logistics and warehouse teams for final‑mile deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP to ensure pricing, discounts, and shipping details are correctly applied.
  • Collaborate with HQ on catalogues and price updates to maintain market accuracy.
  • E‑Commerce Sales Order Management: Support daily E‑Com operations by handling delivery inquiries and ad‑hoc requests, coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, manage packaging replenishments, and monitor stock transfers from other networks.
