Job Summary:
The Broker Sales Manager is responsible for managing broker relationships and driving sales performance within assigned clusters. This role focuses on broker recruitment, capability building, and execution of sales programs to achieve revenue targets and strengthen SMDC’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage brokers within assigned clusters; implement broker segmentation strategies for tailored engagement.
- Sales Execution & Performance Management: Set and monitor broker sales targets; track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback; optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS).
