Job Summary:
The Broker Sales Director is responsible for driving broker sales performance within assigned territories, ensuring alignment with regional and national objectives. This role focuses on strategic broker engagement, team leadership, and execution of sales programs to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement broker sales plans for assigned clusters in line with regional objectives.
- Execute programs such as Triple A (Accredit, Activate, Accelerate) and Broker Partnership Program to expand broker network and improve productivity.
- Lead and manage Broker Sales Managers and their respective broker networks.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.
