Regional Facility Operations Manager, APAC MEA

As the Regional Facility Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of facility operations for Munich Re offices throughout the region. You will ensure that our work environments remain resilient, efficient, and aligned with our ambitions and goals. You will report to the Head of Real Estate & Services APAC MEA, with matrix reporting to local stakeholders. The position is central to overseeing the seamless daily operations of buildings, assets, and services that support our workforce. In this capacity, you will collaborate with a network of office managers and service providers. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and manage the regional facilities strategic plan.
