Our client is a leading player in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong and growing presence across the Asia-Pacific region. They are seeking a Regional Financial Controller, APAC to partner the business during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the APAC CFO, this is a high-impact regional role with broad exposure across controllership, risk management, treasury as well as supporting of due diligence. Your responsibilities include
Oversee regional controls and compliance, redesign control frameworks, conduct onsite reviews, and ensure accurate balance sheet governance.
Coordinate regional FX and hedging activities, manage currency buys with US Corporate Treasury, and oversee show‑related insurance programmes.
Manage regional tax and treasury matters including cashflow forecasting, JV and minority‑shareholder structures, dividend planning, and cost‑centre oversight.
