Job Description

                    Our client in the Automotive industry is currently looking for a Regional Fleet Controller, in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
Damages Process: 
Damages checked against cheek sheet 
Pictures to accompany checks and quotes. 
Liaise with ops to generate RA to workshops. 
Obtain workshop report and quotes (48 hours turnaround time) 
Submit to Operations. 
Servicing of vehicles . 
Planned in advance. 
Liaise with Ops Team, BM, RMB. 
COF, Licensing: 
Planned in advance – with Monthly Fleet Report. 
Disposals: 
Disposal planning and preparation. 
Liaise with Ops, BM, RMB. 
Acquisitions: 
New fleet, Complete vehicle file, Transfers. 
Liaise with Ops, BM, RMB. 
Fleet Month end reports: 
Reconcile fleet. 
Report on non-movement of vehicles (Use fleet pack) 
Liaise with Ops, BM, RMB. 
Fines, Tracker, Etols.
