Regional Fleet Lead (Cebu) - SPX Express

Overview

Job Description: The Regional Fleet Lead (RFL) is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners (DPs), both for current and future requirements. The RFL works closely with Hub Leads (HL) and the respective agencies regarding concerns with DPs. Performance of the agencies themselves is to be monitored and reported periodically, with recommendations on actions to be presented to the AFL. The RFL is also to source potential agency partners, especially if available locally. The FAL is to work with Fleet HQ on strategies and actions required to grow the fleet while also retaining the current fleet.

Responsibilities

• Together with his/her reports, coordinate with the HL to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.

• Ensure that area fleet teams are achieving their targets in sourcing and onboarding DPs.
