Overview
The Regional General Manager is a key member of the EP Leadership Team and holds strategic and operational accountability for student experience, product quality, safeguarding, compliance, and commercial performance across an assigned group of centres. In addition, the role holds direct responsibility for the leadership and performance of EP London, managing the centre in partnership with the Director of Studies and with full accountability for its operational delivery and P&L performance. The role provides leadership, governance, and performance oversight to ensure all centres operate in line with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, financial targets, and organisational policies. Centre Managers report directly into this role, alongside the direct management of the London Centre.
