Modivcare is looking for an experienced Government Affairs Director II to join our team! This role is responsible for leading and executing the Company's government affairs strategy across an assigned multi-state region (approximately 10-20 states). This role serves as the company’s senior in-state representative and the face of the Company before state legislatures, governors’ offices, Medicaid agencies, and other executive branch leadership. They will lead legislative and regulatory engagement; manage contract lobbyists where appropriate; monitor and respond to policy developments; and partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to protect and strengthen the Company's market potiion.
