Outpost Hostels is the premier chain of fun, social, and high-energy hostels in the Philippines. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Head Chef to oversee our culinary operations across our flagship locations in Coron and El Nido.

This is a high-impact leadership role. You won't just be managing a kitchen; you will be responsible for the culinary identity of Outpost across the region, ensuring our guests enjoy world-class food that matches our world-class social atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional Head Chef, you will split your time between Coron and El Nido, overseeing both kitchen teams and reporting directly to upper management.
