DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Main Responsibilities

• Production Quota: Delivery of required FP and PNP Production stipulated by the Company as the Region's Quota every month.
• Sales Organization: Formation of the Sales Organization for the Region composed of Sales Leaders and Sales Counselors in accordance with the Minimum Numbers required by the Company.

B. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning: Preparation and Implementation of the Production, Manpower, and Business Development Plans of the Region required by the Company.
• Recruitment: Recruitment of the various Agency needed for the achievement of the Production and Manpower Quota of the Region.
• Monitoring: Monitoring and Reporting of the Manpower and Sales Performance of the Sales Leaders and the Sales Counselors to ensure that they are within the stipulated Quota of the Territory as required by the Company.
