Role Overview

Playing Captain Role
The leader will manage an individual business target along with Team Target
Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module.

Non-Playing Captain Role
The leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.
Compensation structure includes a Bonus Module.
Expected to onboard and move a team of 4-5 members along with joining.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates.
Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite.
Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion.
