Regional Head of Data & AI, Asia

We are looking for a Regional Head of Data & AI, Asia, based in Singapore. The Impact You Will Have As the Regional Head of Data & AI, Asia, you will be responsible for shaping, driving and executing the AI strategy for Asia, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will lead the identification, prioritisation and delivery of high-impact AI use cases across underwriting, claims, distribution and operational functions, while ensuring alignment with Allianz Commercial's global AI roadmap. You will be a hands-on strategic leader who can translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes, champion adoption across diverse Asia markets, and build strong partnerships with local and global stakeholders.
