At Ricoh, we are looking for a Regional Head of Portfolio who will guide, develop, and lead our local portfolio team for Northern Europe. Your role will help us bring the best of Ricoh’s global and EMEA innovation to our customers — shaped by local insight, tailored execution, and strong collaboration.

What you’ll do?

  • Lead and motivate a team of Portfolio Managers responsible for Ricoh’s solutions across the Northern Europe region

  • Translate the EMEA product and service strategy into actionable local market plans, working closely with sales, service, marketing, and support teams

  • Use local market knowledge and customer insights to influence product design, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market activities
