Job Description

To grow the Wealth & Premier client base, deepen client relationships, establish a strong reputation for delivering effective wealth management solutions and grow wallet/market share in the region.


  • Has overall regional responsibility for the Wealth & Premier banking business segment which includes the diaspora offerings to customers.

  • Provides leadership and direction in affiliate for Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers and Financial Planners in the affiliate.

  • The incumbent will develop overall strategies for the Wealth & Premier and Diaspora segments with a goal to be top 3 in each of the affiliates in the region within 36 months.

    • JOB CONTEXT

    This position is responsible for strategic business development, revenue generation, efficiency improvement, profitability and overall business process management and leadership for Wealth & Premier Banking in the region.
