Job Title: Regional Head - Sales


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing end-to-end sales operations for vacant and new properties, ensuring seamless execution through teams and team leaders.
  • Driving lead conversion by managing and optimizing company-provided data and marketing-generated leads.
  • Supervising and guiding teams to generate and conduct client site visits efficiently, ensuring high engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and supporting negotiations between buyers and sales teams, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Setting and tracking performance goals for team leaders and sales executives to achieve weekly targets of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per team member.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to improve conversion rates and overall regional performance.
