As a Regional Director of Human Resources, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Regional HR team reporting to the VP HR CALA, you will serve as a business partner to the regions' senior leadership team and drive South Americas overall HR strategy including recruiting, training, succession planning, legal compliance, labor relations, compensation and benefits, team member relations, and HR operations.
