Regional HR for Retail Store Business

Please note: This role will require to work from office for 6 Days in a week.

Position Summary: 50% into Talent Acquisition / 3YRS OF EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT

1. Responsible for talent acquisition for lines of business operating in allocated region.

2. Develop and execute recruiting plans for non-managerial positions for the region through applying various routes and mix of recruitment channels (internal referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals and other social networks). Ensure fulfilment within the stipulated cycle time and cost parameters

3. Work to create a strong employer brand by partnering with external agencies and strengthening of internal employee referral scheme
