Regional HR Lead - MENA

As our Regional HR Lead - MENA , you will primarily focus on providing support onsite to our employees in the MENA region and will partner with the HR team in the U.S. on processes and projects. This role will be one of the early stage hires in the MENA headquarters for iHerb located in Dubai. This role will work closely with other HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, performance management, onboarding and offboarding practices, team member development, and retention. In this role, you will manage and drive HR operations within Workday, ensure strict adherence to UAE labor compliance, and provide strategic HR guidance to local managers.

• Act as the central point of contact for the Dubai office providing multidisciplinary support: HR, policy/procedures, administrative, first‑line IT, and general office inquiries from outside parties (visitors, delivery, mail, vendors, etc.)
